All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please write us an email to info@cosmossportsglobal.com and provide your order details within 48 hours of receiving.
Please note that shipping fees, COD fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded. Returned products can only be exchanged but not refunded and the standard charges of the new product is applicable.
Products bought during sale are not accepted for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
